§ 5.28.060. Time limits.

  • A.

    No permit to solicit for religious purposes shall grant the right to solicit longer than ninety (90) days from its date, but the Administrator may extend any such permit for not more than sixty additional days upon a showing that unnecessary hardship would be created by a failure to extend the original period for such additional days.

    B.

    No permit to solicit for charitable purposes shall grant the right to solicit for such purpose for more than sixty days during any calendar year.

    C.

    No permit or certificate to solicit for a charitable or religious purpose shall grant the right to solicit other than between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 7:00 o'clock p.m.
