§ 5.56.060. CAMTC certificate—Operation without unlawful.

A.

Except as otherwise provided in Section 5.56.010, no massage establishment or its owner, operator or agent may hire or employ any person for the purposes of performing massage services without requiring that person to obtain a CAMTC certificate pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.

B.

Except as otherwise provided in Section 5.56.010, no owner or operator may allow an employee, who is not in possession of a valid, unrevoked, current CAMTC certificate to perform any massage services whatsoever.
