§ 5.08.170. Professions, professional services and other services.

For every person engaged in any profession or professional occupation or service, the annual license tax shall be set by city council resolution. The license tax shall be based on a flat rate, plus an assessment for each professional, which shall be licensed separately, plus an assessment for each nonprofessional or employee.
