§ 5.08.150. Peddlers or solicitors—Drugs or medicines.

Latest version.

For every person peddling any drug or medicine or going from place to place or from house to house in the city and selling, distributing or giving away any drug or medicine, or any sample or samples of any drug or medicine, or any sample or sample of any drug or medicine, an assessment set by city council resolution shall pertain.
