§ 5.08.130. Nurseries.

For every person engaged in the business of raising, breeding, buying or selling plants, flowers, shrubs, trees or horticultural products or supplies of any kind, the annual license fee shall be set by city council resolution plus additional fees per employee per year or fraction thereof shall be required.
