§ 5.08.110. Hotels and motels.

Every person engaged in the business of renting or letting rooms, apartment suites of rooms, or other accommodations for dwelling, sleeping, housekeeping, or lodging in any such place, other than as set forth in Section 5.08.020 shall pay an annual license fee set by city council resolution as follows:
A.

For units three to ten, an annual license fee is to be assessed as set by city council resolution.

B.

Over ten units, an annual license fee is to be assessed as set by city council resolution.
